why is this important?
Students are constantly told to “be more confident,” but rarely shown what that actually looks like.
First impressions, interviews, presentations, competitions, leadership opportunities, and everyday conversations can all influence whether other people see us as confident, credible, and trustworthy. But advice like “speak up” or “just be yourself” only goes so far.
The Trust Factor turns those big ideas into specific things students can understand, practice, and use. The goal isn't to teach students how to look perfect. It's to help them make it easier for other people to see who they really are.
About the founder
Micah
Hamilton
Micah Hamilton is an international HOSA champion, three-time HOSA state champion, and DECA and FBLA state qualifier. Through competitions, leadership roles, volunteering, and landing two internships, he has seen firsthand how much confidence, credibility, and trust can matter when opportunities are on the line.
Those experiences kept raising the same question: What makes people see someone as credible and trustworthy? That question became The Trust Factor.
Micah is still learning too. He created the podcast to ask better questions, learn from others, and turn what he discovers into practical ideas students can actually use.
When he’s not competing or volunteering, he’s usually on the tennis court, cheering on the Nuggets and Avalanche, or convincing his family that this is finally the Broncos’ year.
